This is the definition of a 5 start hotel.
We went to celebrate my husbands birthday because he's an avid golfer. It was easy to book tee times and the service was impeccable.
The course was wel maintained and even saw a crocodile.
The hotel itself went above and beyond because our room wasn't ready at time of arrival.

The bathroom was horrible! The shower had mold all over and to top it of when you would close the shower door it would open by it self pour all the water out. The a/c on the room was not cooling when we got in either had to have maintenance come check it. We have video that we showed the hotel manager ...

i found life cockroaches in the room. the ac work but the linen not appropriate for the climate of the room. its fair for the amount of money but staff need serious customer service training.
