"Terrible !!! No deberia estar en la plataforma porque no es lo que se ve en las fotos, la peor opcion para ir de vacaciones y menos de luna de miel Fue horrible , no está en San Jose, está en las afueras en otra provincia y en una carretera que se ve muy insegura y es estilo motel viejo, los seguros de las puerta quebrados no se podia cerrar la puerta"

"It was my second time and I’ll go back every time that I leave Costa Rica. It’s always so nice to stay there right before I head back home to the states. Airport shuttle… Awesome. My flight was super early, before breakfast so they made me a little box breakfast to take with me. The Bell boy was awesome. Brought our luggage in the room and explained everything to us. This is the best hotel and it is super reasonable. Beautifully manicured, very clean, super nice staff. Definitely recommend."

"The Costa Rica Marriott Hotel Hacienda Belén is the place to be if you need to stay in San José for one or two days. First of all, the building itself is stunning, and the surrounding gardens are beautifully maintained. It feels like a peaceful oasis and offers a striking contrast to the rest of San José, while still being conveniently close to the airport. The rooms are slightly noisy, but the staff more than make up for it—they are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and service-oriented. The gym is excellent. We were hoping to play pickleball, but unfortunately there was no net available. The swimming pools are a very welcome addition and add to the relaxed, resort-like atmosphere. For lunch and dinner, the restaurants La Castilla, La Isabela, and Bar 10 are all highly recommended. For breakfast, I would skip the relatively expensive buffet and instead go to Casa del Café, where you can enjoy a delicious à la carte breakfast along with excellent coffee and pastries. In terms of price, it was comparable to an airport hotel, but the experience felt much more like a mini vacation."

"Amazing hotel! Amazing staff! A gem in the downtown area of San Jose! Close to museums and parks, local markets, restaurants, and shopping. Check out El Social bar and eÑe shop for great gifts! The breakfast at the hotel is good with lots of choices! The roof top restaurant is a MUST! Stay here if you can!!!!"
