"This hotel is special. It is beautifully appointed and the service sets the standard for excellence. It’s beyond 5 stars. Our room and view were lovely and very clean. The property has wonderful spaces to relax outside. The breakfasts were extraordinary. The staff and the owners were warm and tended to our every need with great care and thoughtfulness. The breakfast is the best I’ve had. Despite all this the real gem are the staff, very helpful, always smiling and will go out of their way for you…they helped me greatly with a broken rental car situation. Will go back for sure"

"We had a wonderful three-night stay for my birthday celebrations. The location is perfect, with beautiful views, easy access to everything in the city, and plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. Our room was spotless and very comfortable throughout our stay. What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was so attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make my birthday stay feel extra special. We truly felt welcomed and well looked after from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples and would happily stay here again."
