Les employés ne répondent pas à la messagerie d’Hotel.com, l’ascenseur est payant certaines heures de la journée, le personnel n’est pas toujours présents et contrairement à ce que l’hôtel annonce le service en français n’est pas ou du moins pas toujours disponible. Et surtout ne vous plaignez pas, c’est vous qui n’aurez pas raison. Un « malentendu », on vous l’avait dit (??!!!??) "

"breakfast had a wide spread of both hot meats, eggs, etc as well as assorted pastries, also included gluten free options.Toiletries didn't include shampoo and conditioner but we were too tired to ask the desk since we were just staying overnight anyway. It's only 1.7 km from airport but with traffic took 20 min. to get to (30 euros one way). Still, a very good value for the stay with wide array of breakfst items for 3 people"

"Giangi the manager was charming and so helpful. The hotel is in a very good location for access to all you would want to explore in the city. Our bed was comfy and our room facing into the courtyard was nice and quiet. The communal areas have tea, coffee, water etc so we had all we needed. "

"Hotel is located next to train station which is convenient if you are traveling by train, however it also makes it a very loud area with lots of cars & people. The room & hotel areas are clean, however the a/c could not be manually set in the room and is controlled by the hotel which cannot be adjusted. I prefer my rooms cooler and was told a fan could not be provided. I tried to keep the window open however the street noise was too loud to sleep through. The staff were a bit cold and indifferent. If not for my train schedule, I would stay closer to the historic center for a better Naples experience."

"Breakfast is great, a lot of choices. Very close to SPACCNAPOLI street. Room is clean with a balcony. We like it very much. Only thing was there are several staircases to the reception, no one helps with luggages."
