Barcelona Airport Hotel

"I had a mixed experience staying at this Barcelona airport hotel. While the rooms themselves were spacious and clean, which made for a comfortable stay on the surface, several service issues significantly impacted the overall experience. The service was quite disappointing. Despite staff being available at the front desk, we often had to approach them ourselves to receive any assistance, which felt inattentive and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this lack of hospitality extended beyond just us—there were instances where staff were noticeably rude toward elderly guests, which was especially concerning to witness. The air conditioning also needs improvement, as the room became uncomfortably warm at night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. On a positive note, the airport shuttle was convenient and easy to use, which is a definite plus for travelers needing quick access to the airport. Overall, while the hotel has potential due to its clean and spacious rooms and practical location, the service and comfort issues need to be addressed to meet basic expectations."

Dina, en la recepción, hizo todo lo posible por ayudarme con un problema de reserva que Expedia había gestionado mal. Fue paciente, profesional y genuinamente amable durante todo el proceso, tomándose el tiempo para resolver todo y asegurarse de que yo estuviera bien atendido. Después de una situación estresante, su actitud tranquila y servicial marcó una gran diferencia. El hotel en sí era cómodo, limpio y muy conveniente, pero fue el excepcional servicio al cliente de Dina lo que realmente destacó. Es raro encontrar a alguien tan dedicado a asegurarse de que los huéspedes se sientan apoyados y bienvenidos. Estoy muy agradecido por su ayuda y sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí por el nivel de servicio que experimenté."
