Very Nice hotel with friendly staff

This was the highlight of my wife and I, once in a lifetime holiday. The hotel was warm without being too hot and had a charm which we both enjoyed. The room although not large was great for us . it was very clean and beautifully presented with a pine finish which gave it the ski resort feel. Superbly appointed, modern clean room with a very comfortable bed and nice linen. Free courtesy bus to and from railway station on arrival and departure. Lovely breakfast. Helpful staff in reception and at breakfast.

Brilliant

Very friendly staff; lovely host David, helped fix our tv! We had a lovely stay in this apartment; would stay here again.

Lovely hotel in beautiful setting. Room had a lovely traditional feel to it. Check in really easy which included a very informative app and digital room key on your phone. Lovely restaurant with a great breakfast. We ate in there twice in the evening and the food was great and lovely deserts. Walking distance for everything. We had a great stay and will be back.

What a wonderful stay here. The staff was the most kind and supportive when we went out to a mountain. I was really surprised when they gave me a snacks and a bottle of water. All the facility was clean and great. Nothing to complain.

We had the best time! Team and rooms were incredible! We will be back! 🗻

A beautiful hotel, can't rate it highly enough. Great facilities and the room was spacious with a high quality Alpine feel throughout.

The room was stunning and spacious, with great attention to detail - we particularly enjoyed the private sauna and steam shower. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. A must stay in Livigno,...
