"The hotel was very expensive for what it was. The rooms were nice but in need of some modernisation, especially the bathrooms. It also irked me that all of the decent facilities were in the sister hotel which we’d have rather stayed at. The staff were all lovely but some of the information we were given turned out to be wrong and when we had an issue with a private taxi they had booked for us they weren’t helpful at all. The also didn’t tell us that there would be works going on during our stay which included the table and chairs being removed from the lobby and the carpet being covered! "

"The room and staff was awesome. Excellent service and the location is perfect. However, needs improvement. The first thing they need to improve is the communication. They need to provide better instruction and guidance. They need to explain how the purchased food works. They need to let the guests in advance that they need to make reservations for diner. They need to improve the wifi connection, it was very badly. "
