Sankt Michael im Burgenland Trip

We really enjoyed saying at Hotel Apollo in Vienna! This hotel is a bit away from the center of the city, but there is a metro station and bus center very close so it wasn’t a huge issue for my husband and I. The area is also near a school and construction site so it can get a bit loud but we didn’t notice it much in the early morning or evening. We had the suite, and the room was very clean. They even had the room available earlier than check in. The only issue that may be a problem for others is that they don’t have someone manning the desk 24/7 so if you get in late or have a problem after hours, that could become an issue. Overall, we really liked the room, breakfast and location in a local area and I would recommend!

Ava, staff member who took care of us, was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and interested in taking care of us. Our room was outstanding an excellent location.

Some of the Staff members was very rude

The staff were nice and helpful, and the room’s were clean and spacious. The hotel is right in the middle of the city and it’s easily accessible by multiple modes of transport.

The property was clean and maintained well. However the staff were not friendly or nice. Few were rude and walking by us without even greeting. Some were arguing right at the front desk with each other. I did not like this. The hotel did not give us any grace time (we wanted couple of hours) to do the checkout and because of that we had to check out pretty early at 8 AM before we left to see the attractions.
