"We recently drove up from Virginia for a trip to Cedar Point and stayed at this hotel – and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Rebecca, the shift manager, gave us a warm greeting upon check-in and even followed up shortly after we got to our room to ensure everything was satisfactory and to see if we needed anything else. That level of courtesy really stood out. During our stay, there happened to be a baseball team staying on the same floor, in the room right next to us. Honestly, we were amazed at how quiet and respectful the group was! Even when they had a late-night pizza gathering in the lobby that went on until 1am, it was contained, cheerful, and never disruptive — a real testament to how well the hotel manages its guests. At checkout, Art at the front desk was equally professional and polite. He took the time to ask how our stay was and genuinely seemed interested in our experience. Overall, we were 100% satisfied with every aspect of our stay — from the hospitality to the peaceful environment. We absolutely look forward to staying here again next year when we return to Cedar Point! Thanks for making our visit perfect Rich Sell"

"Very welcoming and the locals are very friendly. But for the pool, you will have to be careful because they just painted and you will be slipped. Other than that, the room is decent and had no problems. "

"Everything was great! Everything was clean, people were friendly, waterpark was great. I wish it had more of an outdoor area and a lazy river, but I knew that it didnt have that when booking. My two teenagers still had a great time, loved the waterpark and arcade. Went to Cedar Point for a day, the early access pass was the best. I do not reccommend Famous Dave's on site, better off going across the street to Thirsty Pony. The views from the 3rd floor patio are incredible. I would also splurge on the water facing room, I wish we had. The onsite food is pricey, but door dash is an option. The nacho bowl from the waterpark is worth the $ though. "
