I really liked the in room hot tub. TV could be bigger and mounted a bit lower. Service was good.

Bad hotel
This hotel was pretty bad. Flat pillows, lumpy and flat mattress. Floors were dirty. If you're looking for a hotel in Put-In-Bay, I suggest you keep looking. If you only need a place to flop after a night of partying, this may be for you.

Very nasty low quality facilities. Bartenders look and act miserable. Woke up at 5am to a beeping noise. It was a truck dropping off a dumpster… 5am on an island in a resort. Absolutely horrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The hotel is boring and out dated. They make sure you sign in and out towels for the pool, no service at the swim up bar, you had to get out of the pool and walk over to the other bar. The bathrooms were nasty. Rooms smell like musty mold.
