"Accoglienza calorosa da parte dello staff, ci hanno dato una camera con letti per persone alte, io sono due metri, accorgimento molto apprezzato! Siamo andati subito in spa dopo una giornata di sci, SPA molto piacevole e calda, peccato per l’idromassaggio che era guasto. La cena in mezza pensione è stata di nostro gradimento, antipasto e dolce a buffet. Camere molto spaziose, pulite e molto calde (forse troppo). Ci tornerei."

"Staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, they could not do enough to help us and make sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Spa facilities were great, lots of options and not too overcrowded. At the beginning of our stay we were given a list of all the activities put on by the hotel that week which was a nice touch.
