"My room was a late night last minute booking. Had been driving for hours and was extremely exhausted. The staff were friendly. I felt safe. I slept. Breakfast was free and decent. My anxiety was put to rest. "

The desk clerk was not at the desk when I got there and it took about 5 minutes for him to show up after I called on the house phone. It then took another 5 to 10 minutes before my room key was ready. Why did I even pre-check in. In the room I was supposed to get a king size bed, it turned out to be a queen."
