"I am a travel agent and it was the worst experience we ever had with the hotels. I brought the group of 30 people to the property for two nights hoping to use their barbecue. At the check-in they said it needs to be prepared by their staff (cleaned), but in the morning said they don’t have one and never had. The lied! They were having remodeling going on and some rooms were fresh, others were not fixed. Nevertheless they charged me the same rate for the rooms before and after remodeling. And finally all of those rooms were terribly dirty: The towels as well as bedsheets were stained; The floor at the shower was sticky; The smell in the room was as if someone has spilled the bottle of cheap perfumes; After the first night, I started having rash. We decided that we don’t want to risk our health staying the second night at this hotel. So we checked out requesting a refund for the second night due to hygiene problems. BUT THE HOTEL REFUSED Do not recommend! TERRIBLE CONDITIONS; TERRIBLE SERVICE; LYING STAFF"

"We stayed for one night. The new gentlemen working was very friendly and helpful. The one training him was very robotic and no emotions, however also knowledgeable. There is one ice machine on the first floor. The outdoor pool hadn't been cleaned and had some floating items such as a powder creamer and a sugar packet (like what you'd get at a restaurant). Our beds/sheets were clean, pillows comfy, fridge, TV and a/c worked. Shower curtain had a stain that I will only be calling 'chocolate' for now lol and the tub was very stained and dingy. The hair dryer did not work. The carpet was a bit tacky/sticky as well. I probably wouldn't stay here again, however, for the price, the clean bed and fact we only stayed one night, it was acceptable"

"The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Although the cable didn't work when I entered the room the front desk fixed it right away. There were no bugs. However, the bed was as hard as a rock and you could feel the springs. I had to sleep on a blow up mattress bought at the store. All the side lamps were bright so not really the type of light you would want to leave on to walk to the bathroom at night. The tallest lamp kept going out because the plug did not fit snug in the outlet. The front desk changed the light bulb once right away when told it was out. The outlets on the night stand did not fit block chargers. I had to unplug the fan in the room to charge my phone close to the bed. Beware that they have coffee but it is only served during breakfast with doughnuts, cereal or oatmeal. The free parking was well lit and the ac adequate. The property is not maintained well with signs of peeling paint and water damage to the wood doors. The floors were at times dirty with mud because some of there clients walked through the field from the truck stop."

"We found hairs on our pillow cases. Mold in the shower. The bathroom tub faucet leaked, created a huge puddle of water overnight on the floor. The indoor pool water was freezing cold. Paint was flaking off of the pool deck. As my son put, it, "no wonder this is a 2 star hotel."
