"This hotel has a fabulous location overlooking Weston-super-mare bay and when we arrived around 5.30 , the weather was perfect enough to sit outside with a drink. Our room on the second floor was huge. We had the Prince Albert Room . Really nicely decor and lovely original features. Bedside lamps, side tables and a comfy bed , all in good condition. We didn't have a sea view but that didn't matter. The bathroom was huge with a massive corner bath and a separate shower. The shower was great though the taps and the soap dispenser need some maintenance which I did report. A great one night stay , topped off by a good breakfast."

"You never have a problem parking at Pontin’s West Bay, the staff are really helpful and nice to have a conversation with. It’s definitely worth up grading cause you get a bigger chalet and you’re a lot closer to the clubhouse. I never went swimming but I heard good reviews from others that stayed when we were there. They have a great 18 hole chip & put course that I played on. Entertainment varies depending on the night, some nights are better than others but that’s expected. Food was of an acceptable level with a variety of choice including deserts. Been three times this year and going again another two more times and looking forward to it."

"What a fantastic guest house in Weston! The room (number 4 with wet room) was great with plenty of space and everything we needed. The car park behind the property is convenient and reasonably priced at £7 for 24 hours. Phil and Sheila are the perfect hosts too. 10 out of 10, and would highly recommend staying here when in Weston."
