But it's a very good budget option so this is not really a downside considering the price as they have very good amenities."

Location was close to the Costanera and within a moderate walk of major Encarnacion sites (about 15-20 minutes each way). WiFi was a bit spotty, but it may not be specific to the hotel but the overall area. "
