"Lastimosamente la experiencia que tuvimos en este hotel no fue tan buena. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado, no funcionaba la heladerita que tenia adentro, no tenian toallas en el cuarto. Y estuvimos esperando horas para que vengan a solucionar y el aire acondicionado funciono mas lento dormimos todos sudados y la heladerita jamas funciono tampoco. Y hacia un calor de 95 F* "

"Room was clean and comfortably appointed. Staff was pleasant and helpful, including finding a remise service for our half day visit to the various Jesuit Missions nearby. Breakfast that was included with the room reservation offered a good selection, and the juices in particular were great (freshly made). Location was close to the Costanera and within a moderate walk of major Encarnacion sites (about 15-20 minutes each way). WiFi was a bit spotty, but it may not be specific to the hotel but the overall area. "
