"New condition and great decoration style. I was not satisfied with the cleaning, when we entered the suite we inmediately notice dirty floors & counter tops of kitchen with stains plus humidity smell of towels in spite of having a dryer inside the suite which apparently the cleaning personnel does not use! "The Hilton hotel was nice and nearby the airports mall, and the city Alajuela. The staff were so kind, friendly, and helpful. They were always greeting you and ensuring you were having a great stay. The hotel transportation was very helpful. Mr. Warner was my favorite and is el mejor driver. The views were amazing and in general was a perfect stay. "

"The property was beautiful. I loved eating by the pool in the evening. I wish it had been closer to the airport. When it said it was only 16 minutes away from the airport I assumed it would be a short drive, but it was pretty complicated getting there. However, the service was wonderful and the property was beautiful."
