The hotel in general and our rooms were immaculately clean. The range of food at breakfast was good and the staff were very polite and helpful. I can't comment much on the other facilities like the gym and the Turkish bath, because we didn't use them - we were attending a friend's wedding so we didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. Hotel environment and hygiene is good, hotel staff are friendly and supportive. Hotel room is boring, television programmes in Spanish , the room is always hot with no aircondition or fan to cool the room. (These are necessities, not luxury)

Really beautiful hotel in an area that's easy to get around the city. The food and service in the hotel restaurant is brilliant and there's an exceptional guest experience manager called Belen who helped to make my sister's 30th birthday celebrations extra special. A very BIG muchas gracias! I'd highly recommend staying here.

My wife and I enjoyed a four night stay with breakfast included. It was the perfect stay and the hotel made our holiday. Would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is superb and such great value for money.
