"Stayed here with family for a night while visiting Guatape. Excellent location a stones throw from the center of town. Everything is within easy walking distance. This place is perfectly situated for a short stay and is safe, comfortable and easy to get to everything Guatape has to offer."

"The hotel is no where near where it is advertised, the listing shows it right in Guatape and a 3 minute walk to the square. It is a 30 minute walk to the square! The hot tubs never had water in them. The staff was unfriendly and barely acknowledged you when you came and went. When we got off the bus we walked to the advertised location to discover it was not there, it took at least a half an hour to find the hotel location and another half an hour to walk there. FALSE ADVERTISING!"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the reservation was made for 2 superior double rooms. Upon arrival we were given standard double rooms. Although the website listed in-room WiFi at 50+ mbps, in my room I was lucky to get 5mbps. I checked the speed several times at different times of the day. There was no hot water in the room. "

"Hola, he estado en club paradise muchas veces; destacar la atención del personal, todos muy atentos y serviciales. La comida es decente (aunque se ve el descuido en este tema y en otros en el lapso del tiempo) la fruta es una fruta entera, nisiquiera la pican. Tienen pesebreras (pareciera que a los ponys solo les dan pasto y no más, nisiquiera los bañan; huelen muy mal las pesebreras. Conozco el club desde el inicio, tiene una gran piscina y tiene acceso al charco, son sus mas grandes...
