"The property is located very close to the Witches Market and central Cathedral. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast was as per many other hotels of this class. If you have heavy luggage there is no lift and staff don’t offer to help carry luggage up to your floor level. In my case 5th floor. The view from the breakfast area is across the city."

"The hotel was nice, staff was helpful and nice, location was great. Bed was comfortable. My only con is that I asked them to call me a taxi. Often they call reliable people. The taxi driver managed to rip me off with the “I can’t make change for you” have you give smaller bill but keep the larger bill. I know to watch out for that but was too busy trying to corral my family to notice until it was too late. "

"It is a modest hotel. The smallness of the rooms is compensated by the views of the city. It's just a couple of blocks from the National Arts Museum and the main square in the city, Plaza Murillo. "This hotel was like an oasis in the middle of a very sketchy area. I was sad my trip was delayed so I arrived at 10pm and had to leave at 2 am, and wished I had longer to enjoy this hotel. "The young lady checking me in (and out) was very polite and helpful. She exceeds anyone's expectations. The location is conveniently located to places I wanted to go.
