Hotel Casa Don Quijote
Great AC, nice room, strong hot shower, and breakfast was great. Location was quiet but accessible to Centro. Valet parking was great (starts at 8ish am, so plan ahead if you need it earlier). WiFi at times was really slow was the main complaint, otherwise good value for money

NUMU Boutique Hotel, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt
Staff was very friendly and competent. Room was very comfortable. Poncho the Swiss Bernese Mountain Dog was a nice touch.
