Cada vez el hotel está más viejo y falta de mantenimiento. Asiento de la tasa de baño suelto, Chapa de la habitación callándose, fuga de agua en el baño y puerta rota.

An oasis of calm in the bustling small town. Very convenient to tourist attractions, especially the Instituto Allende, with its cafe, restaurant and magnificent setting, and to the Mercado Sano, the weekly organic market.

Retreat in the city

It was a wonderful place to relax in a garden setting just off the main street. Great food at the restaurant for breakfast/lunch. Friendly service. We were on the backside of the building and it was quiet with great view of plants and birds outside our window. Will return for sure.

Excelente ubicación, habitaciones limpias y amplias. El hotel es muy bonito y cuidado es como una Hacienda así que muy acorde a San Miguel Allende. Para ir con familia y niños perfecto. El personal de recepción un poco seco.

Excelente Hotel

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, es muy grande y tiene un amplio estacionamiento, tiene alberca al aire libre que cuenta con caldera por lo cual el agua esta calientita, puedes ir caminando a la iglesia y los atractivos principales, casi enfrente hay un restaurante muy rico que se llama Hecho en Mexico.

El hotel tiene un frente espectacular. La vigilancia es bastante decente. El desayuno buffet es bastante bueno, no tan variado pero suficiente con tortillas hechas a mano y plancha de huevos al gusto. Lo unico malo fueron las camas, que son bastante duras. Excepto por eso, disfrute mucho mi estancia.

CONSUMER BEWARE!

COMSUMER BEWARE: these guys raise the prices of the room upon checkout. They ripped me off for close to 300. I speak Spanish and they raised the hotel room price claiming “taxes”. This is a nice place and they always have to screw the gringos. I think that you are not advised to book this place. The old Mexican bate and switch. CONSUMER BEWARE! Fraudulent management

muy bien, es un hotel muy bien ubicado, son muy amables, es muy colonial, tiene mucho estacionamiento. Solo es un poco ruidoso, en la zona de las habitaciones que están cercanas a la calle, frente al Instituto Allende.

No bar service in the evening; a bit inconvenient. Well-located. We could readily walk to city center. Staff was fine but did not reach out. Restaurant staff was best.

Bien ubicado, estacionamiento amplio, camas y almohadas bien, aire acondicionado, agua caliente sin problema. Se puede llegar al centro fácilmente caminando. Tiene farmacias y tiendas muy cerca. El restaurante pésimo para comer, lentos en el servicio y el alimento no muy bueno. Le falta atención al personal, no hay actitud de servicio, no están al pendiente del huésped.
