The staff at Alcazar was very polite and courteous of our needs and questions. We ate at their restaurant and enjoyed our dinner. We will stay with them again in the future.

todo muy bien, solo tuve el inconveniente de que en trivago puse el filtro de "se acepten mascotas " y me salió este hotel y cuando llegamos resultó q no aceptaban , creo esto no es culpa del hotel ,el gerente nos dijo y le dijimos y ahora? Dice " pues ya ni modo " eso no me gustó xq te hace sentir incómodo , quiero aclarar q mi mascota es una " Chihuahua " muy educada y tranquila , afortunadamente no pasó a mayores y no nos corrieron , no era culpa de ninguna de las partes , por lo demás exelente en todo

El hotel Alcazar fue excelente. Tanto sus amplias habitaciones como la atencion del personal ... pero sobre todo por su ubicacion nos hizo nuestra estancia muy comodos. Lo unico q podria decir esq se encuentran a un lado del Quince un lugar bar padrisimo pero en la noche suben demasiado la musica x q es terraza y si esuchamos todo!! -- lo volveria a considerar x la ubicacion!! - no tiene estacionamiento!! Pagamos x nuestra cuenta una pension para el carro.

Nice Hotel - Way Too Much Noise

The hotel was very well situated. Nobody at the front desk spoke Englsih nor were they very service minded. The wifi in the room was weak. The room itself was nice and spacious. However, there is a disco located right atop the hotel roof with music pulsating until 2:00am each night. It was less noisy during the day but the room still vibrated from the base sounds of the music even during afternoon hours. This information should have been made available.

Ubicación

La ubicación es excelente lástima de la atención sobre todo en el turno nocturno ya que la persona que nos recibió no tenía la respuesta para nada y menos la disponibilidad de ayudar, el hotel no tiene estacionamiento y no cuenta con algún convenio con una pensión o estacionamiento cercano. El wifi no llega a las habitaciones, las cuales son amplias, cómodas y limpias. Muy ruidoso por qué hay un bar en la azotea y las pisadas de los huéspedes del piso de arriba se oyen muy fuertes y sin contar las campanadas de la iglesia desde las 6 am.
