"Pool was out of order and breakfast room was cold but otherwise perfect hotel and great location. Super nice staff, breakfast was delicious, free hot chocolate/ coffee machine and very nice center patio with warm fireplace. We will for sure be retuning to this hotel. "

"Was very happy, pleased, and satisfied with my stay at the best Western Royal Oak in San Luis Obispo, California. The room was spacious and comfortable and cozy. My wife and I had a wonderful time. Great staff awesome service kind and very happy people would definitely stay there over and over again. The accommodation was amazing. My only critique that I would make is the toilet in our bathroom was a little too short. I’m a taller guy, if they could just raise the toilet a few inches that would be great but the cleanliness the hospitality and the friendliness was fantastic. "
