"We had to come to Puntarenas unexpectedly and needed a safe place to stay for the night. It definitely exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back when we can spend a little more time…thank you for such a warm and welcoming vibe!"

"It was exactly as it was listed. Thank goodness for the fan in the room, otherwise no AC was rough. Great area to walk around and explore local stores and sodas. The owner was so helpful and nice! The shared shower was clean, wish there were more places to hang your things though. Requesting bfast was odd bc you had to go find her, I felt weird getting into her person home space. One night she locked the gate on my partner as he was out exploring the town late at night, thought that was odd, like we had a curfew. Very helpful with booking tours and transportation as well! Overall a very nice place to stay!"

"We had a great stay at Tango Mar. The owner always greeted us each day to see how we were or how our day was. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious! I took advantage of the spa and had an incredible massage. Gorgeous views of the ocean right out your window and the multiple pools to cool off in with the heat. Swimming beaches were a short drive away if you wanted to swim in the ocean."

"Absolument un endroit magnifique. J'ai adoré la fraîcheur que les montagnes apportent comparativement au haute chaleur que la région peut offrir par moment. Le Dôme #2 est parfait, une vue incroyable sur les montagnes et Puntarenas."
