"Location is awesome looking over the harbor. Spacious rooms, quiet with exception of room heater. Breakfast is typical. Country feel yet in edge of town. Older hotel but cool experience."

"As always Snug Harbor exceeded our already high expectations. Our suite was exceptionally clean (amongst the best we've ever seen), the property is an absolute gem in its location, and it is so peacefully quiet. The only thing better than staying at Snug Harbor would be to buy waterfront property on Mitchell Bay. The staff remain some of the friendliest people we've met and genuinely seem happy to be there. There is nothing we would change about Snug Harbor."

"This is an older hotel that has been well maintained. The staff was super friendly and courteous. Our room was very clean and quiet. The TV was old cable and not to clear. The best shower and water pressure we had experienced in sometime The breakfast area is in the basement and was a small area. Overall very good experience and would stay there again. "

"Nice location. Beds were kinda firm and no breakfast other than an expensive sit-down restaurant. Room was spacious and great view of harbor. Couple of spiders in the bathroom could use some preventative maintenance. "

"Ale Erter staff I would be arriving late, around 11:30 pm. Was told that would be no problem and just call the after hour number. Called for about 20 minutes, left voice mail but nothing. Had to book a different hotel, luckily there was another one open. Also sent an e-mail last night. It is 1 pm next day and still no response from this hotel. "
