"Very nice staff. The room was clean and efficient. The location is not too good. It was difficult to find restaurants and there is not shopping nearby. The neighborhood is a bit run down. Also, you cannot flush toilet paper which bothered me a little. But I really appreciated the staff and the nice room. The communication with them was excellent."

"Our room was not ready by 3pm. The woman at the front desk told us to give her three minutes to finish up receipts she was working on and never communicated with us on how long it would take for our room to be ready. We sat there for an additional half an hour while she ignored us and never updated us about anything. She acted as if we were not even there. The room and hotel is old and there was no body wash in the dispenser so we had to use shampoo to wash with. Not worth the $200+ price tag we paid for a one night stay."
