"Hicimos la reserva por hoteles.com, pero al llegar al hotel no había ninguna reserva y negaron trabajar con la página. Después, descubrimos que cancelaron nuestra reserva para dárselo a otra persona que pagaba más. No les importó dejarnos en la calle sin hotel en temporada alta.
