The hotel is large, clean, nice with an excellent location. It is close to Plaza Constitucion, Mercado Modelo and many dining and shopping opcions. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were standoffish and unfriendly. They were unresponsive to requests.

Todo muy bonito, el personal del restaurante son muy amables. Mejorar el proceso de check in ya que reservamos habitación con 1 cama (fueron 3 habitaciones) y nos dieron con 2 camas y el recepcionista no lo tomó en cuenta.
