Not only did they provide exceptional accommodations and service at their beautiful hotel, but they also facilitated a fabulous dinner for our large group. The beds were very comfortable and the location is perfect. The hotel used to be an old home, so there isn’t the best insulation. They have a sister hotel that has more updated rooms and a spa & gym. Both restaurants are amazing. "

The best part about casa del alma is the free underground parking since it’s extremely difficult to find parking around downtown San Cristobal. Great experience! "
