The hotel looks good outside but is very dated inside, looks old and not up to date with facilities. It definitelty need refurbishing which I think is going underway already cause construction noise is being heard during day time. A bit annoying, but is needed to keep up with other hotels. I think this is definitely one of the better hotels in Tarlac - if not the best. I was here for a few nights while visiting family and was genuinely impressed. The staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, and thoughtful from the get-go. Even before I arrived, reception helped arrange an airport transfer from Manila and sent over gym recommendations. Everything was perfect I even took my 2small dogs and they were treated so well and everyone gave them so much love along with my grand children they loved there space in the family room it was kitted out for children of all ages we all had a wonderful time Rhankyou

No doubt it was an awesome experience at Park Inn. All staffs are very courteous and caring. Chefs are very good. They served me customized food which was really nice. Overall it was really a pleasing stay and I am still mesmerizing my stay.

Very spacious rooms and excellent value

This hotel is more than a family stay. All the rooms and service are above the others. We can really appreciate all the efforts the staff put in helping us with our stay. A clean safe place for kid's and the food was gredt.
