Good to go eat not to stay overnight.

Great service and food, front service desk and waiters service is excellent. But the chalets are old and need to be thoroughly clean, there are spider webs, the rooms smell like humidity/mold, the bathrooms toilets are stain. The roof on top of one of the beds was falling and we even found a rusty nail on the bed. Around the property needs a lot maintenance on the gardens and places to sit. Overall is ok to go eat and visit but not to stay overnight.

No documents in english to read at check in , but the staff went out of their way to make it easy. Get their before dark as its is a low lit area high on the hill. Great signage getting to property. Check in by 8p thankfully they extended this to 9p for a friend. Friendly, quiet and spread-out property. Hot water and super clean room. Surprised little wood and no fire started stocked in "heated room" and no bottom bed sheet. Otherwise, everything was fabulous and out of their way to fix issues.

They weren’t expecting our arrival and gave us a dirty room with no towels and no hair dryer, we requested a dryer multiple times before they gave us one. The trash can was dirty. It had dead bugs in the floor, and a living cockroach was in the shower, they offered us another room that also had bugs in the shower, then gave us another one that was also dirty (not as much as the other two)

Staff did not attend to the remediation of the WiFi network and TV network. The gentleman took a look saw the problem said he would come back and never did. Also my wife had the staff turn in the fireplace only to have the room full of smoke due to the fact that they left the damper closed. we had to switch rooms due to the smell. Dangerous.

Nos encantó la estadía en este hotel, es muy tranquilo, es muy conveniente de llegar, aceptan mascotas, hay muchas opciones para comer e incluye desayunos, sin embargo pueden mejorar con el tema de la limpieza y tuvimos que ir varias veces al lobby a solicitar jabón, porque solo nos dieron uno tanto para manos como para cuerpo para 2 personas, tuvimos que volver a solicitar más y solo nos dieron un segundo jabón.

Es la segunda vez que vamos y esta vez la habitación no estaba en tan buenas condiciones, la alfombra estaba muy sucia y manchada y habían bichitos, las cortinas no se abrían y pues en general necesitaba atención. El servicio en el bar debe mejorar, la comida 6/10

Hermoso hotel todo espectacular

Hermoso hotel y bosque excelente atención todo espectacular. Fuimos a los 3 restaurantes el francés muy bueno un poco caro pero bien, la cafetería muy rico el café con amaretto delicioso y el pub muy bonito había música en vivo muy ameno el lugar. La habitación tenia jacuzzi muy limpio en perfecto estado y una hermosa terraza. Pidan calentador porque la noche es muy fría

Deben mejorar la calidad de los servicios. Por ejemplo, tienen solo una opción de desayuno. la atención a los húespedes resulta descuidada. Por ejemplo, no hicieron la habitación, salimos y cuando regresamos se encontraba igual, manteniéndose, incluso, los platos y los sobrantes de los alimentos consumidos en la habitación.

Es un lugar único. Por eso fuimos y ahí nos casamos hace unos años. Sin embargo el trato actual de servicio al cliente no es el mismo que era antes de pandemia. Es muy impersonal y las instalaciones les falta mantenimiento. Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación por problemas de mantenimiento y había una diferencia a favor que no se compensó. Y por otro lado el servicio del restaurante a la hora del desayuno podría haber mucho mejor.
