"Very calm, relaxing atmosphere"

"We have stayed here many times. Service was great when we first stayed many years ago and then it declined, last year I debated whether to come back. This year I can say that the service was very much improved. They now have an 18% service charge added to all food and beverage orders and maybe that is part of how they have retained a better staff but in any event it was much improved over the past few years and I am OK with the built in service charge if that's what fixed it. The facility has always been great, glad the service is back on track."

"Have stayed at a few all inclusives. The property was clean but the pool had a lot of sunscreen and drinks spilled in it. The staff had a hard time keeping food and dishware available for the buffet and the room was quite small for a family of 4. Otherwise, it was a nice pleasant stay and everything seemed to be in working order. The valet was great helping get taxis to various locations."

"We are not experts at all-inclusive hotels. This was our first. We were surprised that "all-inclusive" really meant "mostly-inclusive." We were not able to eat at the nicest restaurants there because they were reserved for "members." Not a big deal - we enjoyed the food offered where we were allowed. The staff was excellent. The facilities were great, although one elevator was broken the entire time of our stay. We were very happy there and sad to leave when the time came."

"The hotel itself is clean with modern furnishings, the guestroom is spacious and comfortable, the location is within a short 5-min walk to the old town, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only minor inconvenience during our stay was that the hotel restaurant was undergoing renovation, so guests had to find nearby places to eat, which was easy as there are many options within walking distance. The pool area was welcoming with a nice view of the surrounding area. Perhaps this rooftop space would be better utilized and more popular with guests if there was a small bar offering drinks and snacks. We would happily return to this hotel and would recommend it highly to anyone visiting San Jose del Cabo."

"Payed for ocean view got palm trees blocking the said view. Hotel was not accommodating "

"The hotel has a very good location right on the beach. The beach, kiosks and chairs are groomed every day. Food/drinks service on the beach can get a bit slow if the pool area gets busy at lunch time. Breakfast was the best meal from in the all-inclusive for us, followed by lunch, dinner was a bit flat, but we found good restaurant choices within walking distance. The lady that ran the games in the pool was a blast and the entertainment in the evenings was fine too. All the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. The room and all common areas were very clean but they're all a bit dated."

"Excellent location and cute facilities. The owners are sweet people and have the cutest dog and cat around the property. The room was pretty basic and I had some trouble with the hot water in the shower, but it was very comfortable and clean, with some unique art. I do think this property is not for everyone but I really enjoyed my time there."

"The staff and facilities are great, super nice place to visit. The rooms were fantastic, and very well decorated. The food was mostly what you’d expect from an all-inclusive resort; in other words, it left something to be desired, but not to the point where it hurt the trip. Would absolutely go again!"
