"Verdant oasis with an exceptionally clean room and facility all around. Beautiful landscaping throughout. Great location to town center. Jose and Ignacio went out of their way to make us feel at home. Closest beach is not for swimming but you can take a car to Palmilla or Chileno. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures and we went in everyday. "

"We have returned to Posada Real because of the great location fantastic staff and reuniting with travellers that return at the same time as we do! One area of concern is the tracks on the sliding doors in the bathrooms. Please have staff use a steam sprayer to eliminate the stuff that collects there. "

"The Expedia Concierge Staff were exceptional, special thanks to Brissa, Roberto and Gabriel. Brissa, assisted in formulating an itinerary for our 2 night trip to La Paz, recommending places of interest to stop at and restaurants. The Krystal Grand Hotel did not disappoint, the room we were first assigned had 2 beds and the air conditioning unit was faulty. We had requested a king bed, we were moved the next day to a king bed and this room was good. We enjoyed most if the specialty restaurants although the food could be served hotter, a few times we requested to have are food warmed. "

We interacted with many staff members however exceptional were Fidel, Johnny, Samantha, Alejandra, Evan, Matias. Kenia from the Concierge went the extra mile because on her days off she drove to the nearest city to purchase 4 bottles of vanilla for me! Although I cannot remember all of their names; every staff member helped make our stay relaxing and comfortable. We would highly recommend this resort! "
