"Well, the only issue was that upstairs on the third floor. There was no icemaker to get ice. It looked like it was broken down and it looked like they were working on the floor. There was papers on the floor by the elevator and stuff, but the only place that I saw for ice obviously was the first floor before I went upstairs and I was gonna go up and down to get it so that that was the only issue I had everything else was perfect."

"We pulled our sheets back to go to bed and found several stray hairs in our bed. I started the front desk, and they offered to change the sheets immediately. The next morning at checkout, I spoke with the manager, and he apologized profusely and refunded us 12% on our room. Other than that one snag, the property was nice. They offered a continental breakfast from 6-10am and checkout was at noon which was nice. I would stay here again."

"I've been to Los Banos twice in the last month & stayed at 2 different hotels. Next time I come back, I will probably return to this Best Western. The hotel is pet friendly, has a pool (not heated), a spa & they had a bathtub. All pluses! However, there was no shade by the pool & the sink is outside the bathroom so I didn't love that. The people that worked there were extremely warm & friendly though; they were top notch. There is a fantastic restaurant called Cosmos across the parking lot that I highly recommend you try. Service, ambiance & food were so great, I ate there 3 times during my stay."
