Our unit was managed by GPS Hospedajes Vacacionales. I could not get access to the property, they told me to see the administator who was not there for the 1st 6 days of our week there. "The room was clean and comfortable enough. Amenities advertised were not available. The 3rd floor patio bar was not open, no reason was provided, just that it "wasn't open". The poolside bar was not open. The restaurant was full at mealtimes, with the police officers that were staying at the hotel. The breakfast we were provided on the first 2 days was awful, no options office, no menu, it seemed that we were being served the same mass-produced breakfast that the police officers were coming in shifts to eat. the coffee was served from a large "igloo container", so was not fresh or hot. The Sunday buffet advertised was not available. We were looking forward to being able to relax at the hotel we were staying at, this was not the case as all amenities that would have provided thhis experience were not open."
