"The cabin was pleasant, had basic necessities. I deducted two stars because there was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from the host. The site said there would be no one present at check in and directions would be sent prior to arrival. I heard nothing, even after reaching out multiple times. I was concerned about arriving in early evening and not knowing how to get in. Turns out there was a lock with a key in it in the front door. "It is impossible to put into words how amazing our stay was at the San Ignacio Resort Hotel was… but I’ll try. We were picked up at the airport and driven to the hotel. Our driver was prepared with drinks for our trip and even stopped along the way and purchased some local fruit for us to try.
