"We have two rooms, when we get there, one room the sink clogged and the other room smells bad. We ask the staff to fix it, the room with clogged sink they cannot fix they change the room for us right away but the room with bad smells the staff keep telling us they didn’t smell anything and don’t want to change the room for us, we insisted and finally the staff ask the manager and the manager agree to change the room for us. And to mention here, the staff’s (a guy working after 5pm) attitude is not good, being rude to my friend. To be fair, the hotel overall is clean and other staff is nice."
