"Overall my stay was perfect. From the location of the property, to the amenities of the hotel. The only thing that needed is more attention to the cleanliness of the room. From hair on the bedding, to dirty hand prints on the walls, or spillage on the bedrails. "

"I stayed here on an Anniversary trip. The hotel itself is cute! There is however, room for improvement. Everything needs a deep cleaning, carpet needs to be removed, outlets need to be checked on a regular. If you’re going to offer a voucher for “free breakfast”, at least offer more than three meal options. Also, the website states two s’mores per visit. They claim that is what you receive in the one package that they give you (although they did offer another one). I also believe the hotel has water damage issues that they should be tending to right away. Other than those issues, the hotel is nice and have wonderful potential. "

"The restaurant/bar Carlotta's was closed for the season and it wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website. It was the main reason we chose this hotel over others. Nothing special without Carlotta's. "

"Very convenient location. Lovely corner room view. Reasonably priced. We walked almost everywhere, incl Fisherman's Wharf, for dinner. (It's an uphill walk back...)"

"Maria at the front desk was very helpful, smiling and gave us a quieter room facing the courtyard. Hotel may look outdated from outside but well renovated inside. Rooms and common spaces were clean. Plenty of under and overground parking. Walking distance to shops, pier and restaurants. Arcades, games, vending machines, water station etc are also a plus."

"location is convenient but not in a safe area. walls are really thin, can hear everything from the next door room. called front desk about noise complaint, they did nothing. amenities are really old, carpet smells. NO AC. radiator heater seems to go off automatically but cannot be adjusted in room. keys to enter room would frequently not work and had to go to the front desk multiple times to fix . overall would not stay again, doable for maybe one night only though. "
