Airport shuttle was fine. Loved coming into lobby with smell of warm cookies. Very nice greeting. Room was clean. Reception was efficient and friendly.

Crowne Plaza San Francisco Airport by IHG
The airport shuttle was supposed to run every 30 min, but did not come for more than 45 minutes. Only one person was dealing at the front desk, and it took long to complete check-in.
