The staff was amazing. Extremely personable, and helpful for questions. However, the first night I did not sleep at all. The room they assigned was facing the extremely busy road for the area. Then, our air conditioner did not work properly, and the only way to keep it cooled off was to open windows to hear the traffic, horns, sirens, etc…. Or get up every 30 minutes or so, and reset the air conditioner. Unreal!!! The next morning I requested a different room, and they moved us to a different building, facing the same highway. The ONLY way to get away from the highway noise and get AC, was to pay more money. I really don’t think that was fair, at all.

The rooms were very clean, that is the main positive. No shuttle to/from airport or local popular attractions (Zoo/Seaworld). The resturant there had good food. The service was hit or miss. Sometimes the staff was attentive and other days our waitress disappeared. Expect to spend some time there if you choose to eat. The location is a bit isolated from other locations to eat. The pools are heated, so that was nice. The rooms away from the main building have NO sound barrier. We didn't sleep well for 5 nights! Having kids above you or adults that thump when they walk will wait you. I think the parents left there kids alone and went to the bar. From 9pm - 3am the kids were running, jumping, screaming..😳🙄 Also, adults..keep this NO sound barrier in mind if you do adult activities in your room. This location is ok, as I mentioned at the top, great cleaning staff, but I won't stay here again. Not worth the $$$.

This is a really cute property. It’s close to the Marina and SeaWorld. The staff was friendly however one con with the long distance walking they probably should have like little golf carts or something that can take people back-and-forth and there’s no elevators so if you book upstairs, she will have to walk upstairs. overall and beautiful property .

The only negatuve is you need a car to get anywhere. Ubers are expensive in Cali ...everything is expensive. While i enjoyed the Dana Califirnia is way too expensive .

The place itself is beautiful and amazing! The only things we did not like were the noise from the constant planes leaving the airport and the highway being right there, as well as the $35 per day parking fee they charge. Other than that, the staff was kind and helpful, the place clean and beautiful, and location with things to do nearby was perfect!

The property landscape is nice and well kept. The dining options within a walking distance are limited and are not vegetarian friendly ( mostly seafood). The room was clean and in good condition but can be a little noisy.

Great staff and awesome property. We loved both the pools. The kids movie night and swim every night was so cool. My daughter enjoyed that activity very much. Very relaxing vacation for us. Conviently located near SeaWorld which made it even better. Would definitely come back again.

Check in was a breeze! We were offered a multitude of upgrade options. The view of the marina was stunning and the walk along the water and the sunsets were spectacular. We had dinner at the restaurant and sat outside. It was delicious and Manny our server was knowledgeable and friendly and made the experience all the more enjoyable.

The view was beautiful. Staff friendly and responsive. Restaurant on site was delicious with quick service. Movie night at the pool was a hit with the kids. Will definitely be staying again!

Lovely resort style hotel which was good value for money and in a lovely location overlooking the bay. Nice hotel room , clean, comfortable and spacious. It can be quite noisy however as it’s near the airport, our room was on the ground floor and you could hear the room above us walking about which wasn’t great as it did wake us up a few times. Parking is available however it is $35 which is quite expensive compared to some other hotels in the area.

It was so beautiful. There is music playing, but not aggressively, as you walk the grounds by the magnificent pool and restaurant. The view was absolutely amazing. The staff was so helpful and competent. It’s a quick 5 or 10 minute drive to anything you need. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. My daughter was overworked and exhausted when she arrived, when she left, she was a new woman. The beds (which is usually a big deal for me) were so comfortable. It was a wonderful atmosphere and we had a delightful time. Thanks so very much.
