We were absolutely bowled over by the quality of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they even helped sort out our bedding (my partner is allergic to feathers) after we arrived very late in the evening. Plenty of choice with regards to eating at the hotel, with a range of restaurants to suit most tastes. Booked a standard double room, room only, for a one week visit to family living in Los Alcazares. Picked the 525 based on an internet search for hotels in Los Alcazares - we were looking for a 4 star rating. Very pleased to find the the website information was accurate. We were made feel welcome as soon as we registered and received first class attention from all the staff throughout our stay. Sunbathed on roof terrace. The 525 has set the standard for future visits to Los Alcazares

Wonderful hotel, very, very clean, good breakfast with a very obliging and polte owner. Very close to the beach, 2 minute walk, and all the amenities of the town. Would definitely stay at this hotel again, 5* treatment at 2* prices.

We love this hotel! The position to the beach is amazing, but the friendliness of the staff really makes it so worth staying here. There is a huge amount of food to choose from and the bar area is just so relaxing. Some of the entertainment (mainly live music) is not for some, but nice to sit and relax too. If you want something more lively there are plenty of places to go elsewhere.

Just exceptional quality all round - faultless

We love this hotel. We stayed here two years ago for our honeymoon and decided to return this time for our wedding anniversary. The staff were so helpful and efficient, from reception to the cleaning lady. Please pass on our thanks.

Very nice hotel not too far from the city

Very enjoyable stay. Hotel is 5 minute walk to the beach. Staff are very friendly. Hotel is spotless and the food is very reasonably priced. Definitely go there again

The hotel is a lovely place to go a relax for a few days away. They could improve the gym. Also at check in they could be more attentive and tell you about their breakfast services, what’s at the hotel and how you can get swimming pool towels etc but we were just given our hotel key card.
