Everyone was pleasant. Breakfast was good and rooms very clean

We were absolutely bowled over by the quality of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they even helped sort out our bedding (my partner is allergic to feathers) after we arrived very late in the evening. Plenty of choice with regards to eating at the hotel, with a range of restaurants to suit most tastes. Wonderful hotel, very, very clean, good breakfast with a very obliging and polte owner. Very close to the beach, 2 minute walk, and all the amenities of the town. Would definitely stay at this hotel again, 5* treatment at 2* prices.

Booked a standard double room, room only, for a one week visit to family living in Los Alcazares. Picked the 525 based on an internet search for hotels in Los Alcazares - we were looking for a 4 star rating. Very pleased to find the the website information was accurate. We were made feel welcome as soon as we registered and received first class attention from all the staff throughout our stay. Sunbathed on roof terrace. The 525 has set the standard for future visits to Los Alcazares

It is what it is 2* Hotel. However, staff excellent, cafe good selection of tapas, menu covers all tastes, lots if locals frequent which endorses good quality food at reasonable prices. There is an outdoor plunge pool with a bar and is a good area to cool off. The rooms are small but functional. All in all you get great valve for your money for a 2* hotel. Would I stay again, YES.... its better than some 3-4* hotels in the area.

Simply amazing...fantastic check in...easy. parking g very good. E exceptionally clean Fab for 2 people. Also a 20 minute walk to Rosies Pizzas... a great..really great fusion of Spanish and Italian food

We love this hotel. We stayed here two years ago for our honeymoon and decided to return this time for our wedding anniversary. The staff were so helpful and efficient, from reception to the cleaning lady. Please pass on our thanks.

Great place to stay right in the city. Very clean and modern. Great breakfast. We had a room with a terrace so had a great view over the city and port. Very quiet at night. Ate in the restaurant one evening. Food was really good and the staff were working very hard as quite busy. Restaurant staff and reception were all very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We love this hotel! The position to the beach is amazing, but the friendliness of the staff really makes it so worth staying here. There is a huge amount of food to choose from and the bar area is just so relaxing. Some of the entertainment (mainly live music) is not for some, but nice to sit and relax too. If you want something more lively there are plenty of places to go elsewhere.
