Everyone was pleasant. Breakfast was good and rooms very clean

Booked a standard double room, room only, for a one week visit to family living in Los Alcazares. Picked the 525 based on an internet search for hotels in Los Alcazares - we were looking for a 4 star rating. Very pleased to find the the website information was accurate. We were made feel welcome as soon as we registered and received first class attention from all the staff throughout our stay. Sunbathed on roof terrace. The 525 has set the standard for future visits to Los Alcazares

We were absolutely bowled over by the quality of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they even helped sort out our bedding (my partner is allergic to feathers) after we arrived very late in the evening. Plenty of choice with regards to eating at the hotel, with a range of restaurants to suit most tastes. The included breakfast was absolutely fabulous with pretty much everything you could possibly imagine, and as much as you could eat. It was...

We love this hotel! The position to the beach is amazing, but the friendliness of the staff really makes it so worth staying here. There is a huge amount of food to choose from and the bar area is just so relaxing. Some of the entertainment (mainly live music) is not for some, but nice to sit and relax too. If you want something more lively there are plenty of places to go elsewhere.

Simply amazing...fantastic check in...easy. parking g very good. E exceptionally clean Fab for 2 people. Also a 20 minute walk to Rosies Pizzas... a great..really great fusion of Spanish and Italian food

Clean and comfortable, good location, great value. The best part are the staff, nothing was too much trouble. Friendly caring and welcoming. I’d recommend this hotel!

Just exceptional quality all round - faultless

Beach amazing, location perfect. We arrived late. Everyone friendly and we parked on road for free. Everything safe!

Great place to stay right in the city. Very clean and modern. Great breakfast. We had a room with a terrace so had a great view over the city and port. Very quiet at night. Ate in the restaurant one evening. Food was really good and the staff were working very hard as quite busy. Restaurant staff and reception were all very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel right in centre handy to all the shops and tapas bars The staff all helpful Will definitely go back for longer

We love this hotel. We stayed here two years ago for our honeymoon and decided to return this time for our wedding anniversary. The staff were so helpful and efficient, from reception to the cleaning lady. Please pass on our thanks.

Perfect location. Nice hotel

It was superb and the staff are lovely 😍

Well equipped appartment. Very clean, spacious and everything working. Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Lovely hotel and fantastic area. Beautiful beaches. Lovely place to explore and chill. Would definitely recommend and would go back again. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality and friendly service.

On our arrival we we upgraded to a junior suite which was amazing. Beautiful view over the pool and golf course. Bed linen and towels changed every day. All the staff are so friendly and helpful made us feel so welcome. Would recommend you hire a car at the airport as it's on a big complex with no bus route. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel not too far from the city

I was a solo female traveller looking for a few days relaxation and sun. The hotel staff were very welcoming and made my airport transfer arrangements, organised my golf lessons and were able to assist with any other arrangements. The golf pro was super, but the driving range a bit tatty compared to other facilities and not under cover. The food was wonderful with Al a carte or other options in the evening where you could eat on the outdoor terrace or in the bar. I would have liked to see more...
