This is my second time staying at this hotel. I felt really valued as a returning guest. They remembered me. From the security guards, bell men and reception. The coffee shop staff are also very friendly and welcoming as always. I will be back soon. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed staying at the Monarch. It is the best hotel in the Dagupan area and you cannot beat the price either. My mom was wheel-chair bound and the staff were very professional and accommodating in helping her.
