"Everything was excelente, they just need to find a way to seal the windows from the nightlife. Both nights the city and bars were raging loud music til 2am and couldn’t get the best rest. Beds were amazing to not enjoy a good nights rest."

"The night staff is horrible they don’t want to help in anything. The bathroom door could not close properly, the door screws came off and the door ended up falling and the night staff did want to help, refused to remove the broken door, the door was about to hit my son right on his head."
