"Hotel casa colonia is beautiful as a whole. But the room we stayed in was so doom and dark that we left a night earlier because we couldn’t be inside the room. Everything was proper, clean, well kept, but the lack of light made it impossible to stay and be relaxed. The property has a beautiful pool and staff are kind and helpful. Only offers breakfast and dinner. I am not sure I would choose to stay again. "

"We were not aware that our room faced the parking lot. Some guests were not quiet when they arrived late at night. Please mention this for this room. Most staff didn’t speak English, one staff spoke great English, but not always around. They asked me to sign a contract of rules, but not in English. Very confusing if we could eat or drink in our room or not. Breakfast cafe ran out of black tea, and didn’t notice that we drank only tea the first day, and didn’t restock. Enjoyed the fresh juices. Loved the garden/flowers. Room not cleaned for a multiple night stay. Hotel advertised as having WiFi which we depended on to plan our time in Cuernavaca. However WiFi and streaming TV stations did not work. False Advertising. Complained to front desk, and tech issue not resolved. "
