We had a nice few days with my husband and mother. However, the adult pool needs cleaning and the food (snacks - ceviche) we ordered in the pool was not what we expected. Perhaps, it is the way they do that in Ixtapan. They exchanged it for another dish but it was not to our taste (meat of Pepito was not of good quality). Other than that, the staff were great. We had an extra bed brought in at no cost. Food in restaurant was great too. Perhaps check if there are still doing renovations when you go as the noise of the drill was a bothersome in the early afternoon when we ate there. It got solved when we moved to eat in the terrace, beautiful sights to the mountains and chant of birds.

La habitación estaba bien, pero NO cuentan con aire acondicionado y además nos pusieron solo un agua pequeña para dos huéspedes y se molestaron cuando pedimos otra. Luego, para utilizar la piscina principal fue todo un tema, el primer día no nos permitieron estar ahí porque le dieron preferencia a un grupo que estaba por day pass, lo cual me parece pésimo, pues deberían dar preferencia a los huéspedes o reservar algunos camastros para este tipo de situaciones. Tuvimos que estar en la piscina de niños. Eso arruinó la experiencia. Ah, aparte supongo que hay ganado cerca y huele terrible en el área de piscinas, a estiércol.

El hotel está bien ubicado con buenas instalaciones, las habitaciones limpias, la alberca muy bien y el personal muy amable, lo único que nos llamó la atención fue el costo del estacionamiento el cual nunca se especifica como extra en la reserva, el costo es de 80 pesos por noche.
