The beach is always clean. Plenty of things to do, but you also have your quiet spaces too. Just a beautiful place. "

"The property was beautiful with an abundance of pools, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredible and very accommodating! Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. The hotel expedia support staff went above and beyond the next day by offering spa services, which helped us relax further. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to everyone we met! "

"We had a great stay despite hurricane Melissa and wish to commend the staff and management for their response and attention to guests' needs and services during and after the hurricane. We met many outstanding and caring staff and hope hotel will be able to retain them once it reopens. We are also grateful for the complimentary days post hurricane and all the efforts to facilitate our safe return to our respective homes. Prior to the hurricane, we were pleasantly surprised with upgraded swim-out suites at check-in. Will definitely return because of the excellent service and to assist in the Jamaica's recovery/tourism."
