"Staff of the hotel do not care about the guest . They are busy in their own world . TV was not working in the room for 3 days and no one knew how to fix it . They do not even tell guest what is available at the hote . Rooms are very small and deceiving. Rate is exorbitant for the service ( which is nothing ) They act like they do not understand the language. Horrible experience, do not recommend to anyone . Do not go to this hotel. "The staff is very attentive. Front desk very efficient. There is 24/7 security personnel and all cars and bags get checked consistently. The buffet is expansive and there are options to order special juices and omelets and parathas. I just wish Expedia had an option to add breakfast buffet to the price. The area around the hotel is somewhat unkempt but inside the hotel everything is very clean. The windows must have some sort of voice protection because the noise from functions did not bother us even though our room was facing the swimming pool/party area. I specially want to thank Shyam D. Bell captain and Shivam Bell boy for all the assistance they provided. Also want to thank the night manager who personally came and fixed our remote control and made us laugh with his witty conversation. We had a pleasant stay."

"We stayed for 5 days in April 2020. We were very grateful to get one of the accessible rooms on the 5th floor which was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent as always with many choices and Kavita and Upendar very helpful. Mahipal helped us with transportation, driving 600 kms in 5 days to get us everywhere we wanted. Thank you very much and we will visit again."

"We were denied the room at the check in , despite showing our confirmation number . Shifted to some third grade hotel our room was full of mosquitoes. The owner Virender was helpful , however the same cannot be said about the staff. Staff is from rural areas, need training on hospitality."
